Pat joined the Pinnacle team in 2017 and, as a Concord Local, is excited to share his passion for assisting people in his own community to move well and therefore feel better! Over the past 8 years, Pat has worked in a multidisciplinary clinic alongside osteopaths and physiotherapists enabling him to combine a strong hands on treatment approach with an equally important active rehabilitation plan for long term recovery.

During his time as a physiotherapist, he has undertaken further training in dry needling (musculoskeletal acupuncture), Pilates instructing and is currently completing his training in Functional Movement Screening (a screening tool designed to identify compensatory movement patterns associated with increased injury risk and inefficient movement, that causes reduced performance).

A former high-level soccer player and current gym regular, Pat knows the importance of correct function and stability of the body, for it to operate efficiently and minimise the risk of injury. This unique understanding of the human body combined with an incredible ability to assess and diagnose mechanical issues makes Pat an ideal choice for a range of issues. He is equally as keen to treat concerns that stem from the sporting field as he is those that are associated with everyday life such as back pain, neck pain, muscular injury or other joint-related disorders.

Away from the clinic, Pat and his wife Karli-Jane are looking forward to welcoming their first baby in late 2017. Pat hopes he will be able to keep up with his love of exercise during this time, even if it means an increase in his consumption of finely crafted double espressos!
